 This is a program for converting a Html index file into Microsoft HTML Help Workshop contents file. The Microsoft HTML Help Workshop can already convert a website to a HTML Help (.chm) file, but it is not very good at auto making the contents (.hhc) file. There are extensive hints in the program that explain each checkbox and button.
