MUST HAVE. There are so much new macro functions that I only list the macro groups here:

  • Miscellaneous Help authoring enhancements
The SERIAL.REG file found in the root directory of this archive must be added to the [BAGGAGE] section of the Help project file or via the baggage file dialog in your authoring tool. 
 
HLPUTIL2.DLL was originally developed for retail sale. The SERIAL.REG file is intended for copy protection, but since the product is now freeware, the original author’s SERIAL.REG is provided both as a tribute to his work and to simplify the process.
